The staff welcome contact with parents/caregivers. Although time is set aside each year for interviews, the staff are always available for discussion during non-teaching times.
If parents require an interview they may contact the school office to arrange a time convenient to both parties.
We see contact as a vital component of the school’s function. Such contact may be in formal and informal ways through assistance with camps, trips, sporting visits, helping at school or attending school and local functions.

Written reports follow the following timeline:
Term 1 Week 6 - Interim Reports and student led conferences
Term 2 Week 5 - Mid Year Written Reports
Term 3 Week 6 - Student led conferences and interim reports
Term 4 Week 10 - End of Year Written Reports

Parents are offered more formal contact through involvement with the Events Committee or the School Board of Trustees.
